I read this on the forum before once but now there is more evidence.

I was hoping some ecoterrorist would attack the " Chevron Phillips Chemical's new $6 billion plastic manufacturing plant rises from the skyline in Sweeny, Texas. Company officials say they see a bright future for their products as demand for plastic continues to rise." They could use the propaganda money for the clean up.
