Need to cover two 8'-wide quarter-pipe bottoms, hoping to find one 96" piece or two 48" pieces per side. 8"-12" wide. Thickness ~14ga - 18ga (approx 1/16").

Aluminum or steel is fine. They have steel at Lowes and HD in wider pieces, but not sure if I can cut straight edges w/ tin-snips or jigsaw.

No luck at ESC, SBS, or Florida Sheet Metal (they only deal with biz, not individuals.)

Gracias in advancias.

Contact Team Pain in Orlando, When I needed pool coping for my half pipe, they hooked me up with a bunch on extras they had from other builds, they "May" have the sheet metal you need.

Thanks everyone, I'll check all of those, starting closest w/ Don Bell -- they hooked me up w/ some great aluminum tubing for a boat trailer years ago, but weren't on my radar when I posted this. SurferMic, you can do a QC session when we're done if you'd like, but it's not real exciting.
