Where were those things when I was a kid?

The similar setup at what was Wave House (apparently now Beach House) in San Diego was discontinued a while back. Wave Loch, a designer/builder of wave pools, is suggesting a Wave House for Sebastian. Perhaps connected to a very, very sketchy proposal for Fellsmere that I think was also going to include a motorsports track.

They used to have one of those Flowrider machines at the Adrenalina store in Florida Mall (Orlando) back in the 2006 timeframe:

I know an old surfer that tried on it on his cruise and broke some ribs. I felt bad laughing but I can see how easily that could happen.
