Awesome ride! He surfed it real well. I've never surfed there before, for those that have: why do they seem to tow that wave often when it gets bigger, but yet still paddleable?

Wow. I would have to see it with my own eyes but I suspect it would make my nuts feel hollow while spiders tap danced in them.

Because you can not paddle in and make it, from where they release the rope on a tow in ..... which is MUCH further up the point.
