Back to reality. Surfline shows a quick pulse of waves on Oct1 and so does Surf-Forecast. Possibility of a hurricane forming south of Cuba and headed more or less straight north into Florida. Of course hurricanes can't be forecast that far out.

Flooding in Puerto Rico looks very serious, including Ponce and Cabo Rojo in the south. Not much info yet from Dominican Repubic. Instagram
