ww Posts: 16097 Joined Forum: 08/17/2007	Saw it. Kelly Slater's in it, of course. Lots and lots of others in the surfing/lifeguarding community. I detect a bit of product placement from Volcom, which is a sponsor. The film should appeal to a broad audience. Some might complain that providing lifeguarding services for "reckless" surfers isn't a great use of public money; the North Shore as the world hub of serious surfing is certainly worth the public investment. Beside, skills from rescuing surfers are applicable to tourists from Tennessee.
