If it breaks like a turkey, it must be a turkey.

One-way traffic: No right turn!

Have tons of fun. I miss that place. Gonna have my ashes scattered there someday.

Should have waited until the second week after Easter. I say that because I'm jealous I don't get to go anymore. In 01 I camped at the trees South of the river for a week. It was before telephone service was widely available there. I went to town the first day to call the little wifey I was safe. the"road" was blocked by a snake the thickness of a fire hose, with a diamond pattern, sunning itself. couldn't tell which was the business end, and it didn't seem like it was going to move. I turned around and waded the river, thinking crocs would be easier to deal with. I later described it to a biologist who said it was a "Mata Buey" ox killer. Also known as Terciopelo because some looks like it's covered with velvet. He said there was a "helper" working who had to pet it. Lucky they had anti venom.

Mata Buey is a Bushmaster and I think more on the Carribean. Im sure that was a Terciopelo/Fer De Lance you saw.
Biggest Snake i ever saw was driving from Nosara to Marbella, thing was big across that road, I think it was tan/whiteish so maybe a Boa of some type
