Not sure if this is the same Guy that surfed BW that I met in the 70's into the 80's, he drove a Z-car, great guy in and out of the water!

Thanks for the link. Can you imagine being told that you can't be beachside after dark? I guess the whole beachside was one of those "Sundowner" communities you hear about.

That was a great story. Did any of you get to surf with him? Where did he paddle out? I wish there was an organization that would take kids from inland and teach them to surf. In Miami there is Street Waves and in San Francisco is the City Surf Project.
