I was right.

RIP. who knows.... a good friend of mine (who is a BEAST) had a massive heart attack a month ago and essentially died 4 times.... and was in a coma for 2 weeks (thankfully recovered) and was 42.

^ being a beast (assuming muscular beast) can actually be a death sentence for your heart. those types put so much strain on their body through eating way too much rich food and put way too much pressure on their heart doing the wrong kinds of working out excessively. i mean think about it--it's stress. it's not like work/life stress, but it is indeed stress and a lot of it. plus those types take to steroids and other drugs much more often than youd like to believe. you can look good on the outside all you want but it doesnt mean youre good inside. sad all around though. live every day like it's your last. hold no grudges. treat others with kindness and respect.

Prayers to the Family Sad news as the Ho's have been the standard of Hawaiian Aloha for decades. Derick was one of my favs back in the day.

Yep.... He's naturally a big dude (like a human bear)...definitely no roids and stuff though. Super good dude (elementary school teacher.... who runs a boxing gym as a 2nd job) Turned out he had 20% artery blockage and piece of "Plaque" broke off in the wrong place and apparently created a traffic jam. In essence he got lucky. It happenned when he was at his his gym, so paramedics were called right away. He's also an avid hunter..... if it wouldve happened in the woods with his young son.... TKO
