what was happening on the beach about 20 mins ago at OA, must be in front of Sand on the Beach as there were/are still a couple Police Officers, a mobile Lifeguard vehicle, everyone on the beach were gazing south at some unknown dynamic as the Cam is pointed east.

I was out on the river around this time and saw two skydivers coming down under canopy. It looked like they were landing around S. Spesard. Could explain the crowds reaction.

found something on Facebook about a skydiving event at Sand on the Beach. Guess my perspective on the river was off by a bit. Was supposed to be happening all day but its listed as canceled.
