Headed to Pavones to visit some friends. I'm flying JetBlue and taking multiple boards in a coffin may be cost-prohibitive.

Does anyone know about the options for board rentals and cost per day/week Pavones area?

Not too picky I just don't want to be riding waterlogged beaters on beautiful waves.

Check out Sea Kings Surf Shop in Pavones (their site is down at the moment but they are on Facebook), across from the soccer field. Second, at Una Ola, a house which is on the beach road at the corner turnoff towards the big supermarkets, they have a variety of shapes. And another place is a few kilometers before the town, look for the sign 'Pavones Surf Shop' and take a left there (inland). Go about 400 yards and there is a house/shop on the right. He is a board shaper and also has some decent ones to rent.
