Recently saw a listing on Craiglist from a company that made these rad looking filet tables 100% our of starboard. Post has since been deleted and I didn't get the companies info. They were located in Sanford. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link, but it wasn't them. The legs and everything were Starboard on this one. Pretty cool. Not toooo pricey either. Crazy what these companies are charging for a decent size filet table. I'll probably just end up buying the cutting boards and building the rest.

If you're looking to save $, build it out of PT, then put a generic starboard / pvc panel top. Home Depot has sheets.... edit: just saw that site has smaller sheets too. I'm planning on doing one like this at my house as well

Nice. please do. Had another idea. If you didnt want it out of wood, you could use threaded galvanized pipe for the legs/frame and screw on flanges to attach to top and floor..... then spray paint with rustoleum epoxy paint for corrosion resistance. (alot cheaper than powder coating

Thanks, solid for sure. Anything smaller than 2" PVC probably wouldn't be though. I know an awesome plumber who has a taste for Snook that he doesn't have to catch himself, so I didn't have to pay for the PVC and fittings this time. I think its around $60 worth of that stuff though, then around $100 for cutting board after tax. $5 or $6 in stainless steel hardware. Top is 54" x 20" with 4" backsplash.

HA.... Ive made a few fish barters this summer myself. So probably close to $200 total if you had to buy everything? How did you attach the top? I dont see screw holes, did you use brackets underneath?

Yeah, probably around $200. I drilled out 4 presets and dropped bolts through the top, then covered bolt head and leveled off with 5200.

I found an old residential diving board at someone's curb and put PVC legs under it and 3 guys can get after it at a time. Built it nice and tall for the back. The rough texture provided a good fish grip bonus. Incase you run across an old diving board
