Same here, and I'm trying again...
Mine are in the backyard to reduce salt exposure, and I built them wooden (non-treated) boxes on the ground, giving them tons of oak leaves, and will give them pine needles when I have them available. Mine are in a mostly sun location, tag says Full Sun ok, but I don't believe it.
The variety I have came from BRFC sale this past Spring. Vaccinium corymbosum
Good luck w yours.

I have 2 of them they are in a 55 gallon plastic barrel cut in half.

the barrel halves are filled with crushed pine bark as fine as I could grind it.

I have 2 different varities, they are both 4 years old, one is 5 ft the other not quite that tall.

I get a pint off of each one streached out over the summer.

Not big producers or big plants but my grandkid picks and eats them when they get ripe.

they would probably do better if I thought about them and gave them fertalizer but they just get watered with the rest of the garden.  I chunk any pine sawdust into the barrels if I remember to.
