I could be incorrect, it sounds like they are referring to county landscaping, not private landscaping. Will be a hit to commercial growers with county contracts. Edited: 02/08/2017 at 11:45 AM by IHB1979 |

what does non-specified plants mean? aka...anything not condoned on our list? I guess they want an all out revolt? So many plant collectors and lovers down there...especially rich ones. There's no way.
