I pronounce that everyone needs a kentiopsis in their yard. This palm is one of the prettiest and it has turned out to be hardy for our area. It is palm from New Caledonia which is the same island that the red feather palm is from.

I have a tiny Kentiopsis but should get more serious. On the other hand, I've got a baby Archontophoenix that should be big in a few years and will be planting a certain big Latania on Tuesday. |
