Mark your calenders. I've been to the gizella St.pete garden and it has some really neat looking palms. Plus, that whole st.pete area is a nice getaway. We are getting hotel room, probably near the pier, and going biking also. The home garden that is part of the meeting looks fantastic. Check it out on google maps and the street view. Looks like a good spot and garden to see.

Old well-known used bookstore in St. Pete is Haslam's, about 2 miles from Gizella Kopsick Palm Arboretum. Used hardbacks in all kinds of fields, the store has been in business since the 1930s. Nothing like it in our area--not just old paperbacks.
