She's been sitting out in the Florida weather without any attention since last fall. I tried a couple of car waxes that I had in the garage but they really didn't make a difference. Is there any miracle cream that can get her looking like new, or do I need to stay up till 3am for the latest As Seen On TV stuff?

Just as a for-instance... this is a stock photo of a new one. Ours looked like this before we totally ignored it 8 months ago!

The original polish was most likely done with Sure Luster and it's easy to use, but a real shine will require a powered polisher. You can get it - Sure Luster, at Fiberglass of Florida. Harbor Freight has polishing machines for pretty cheap.
