Burry Posts: 5275 Joined: 07/22/2003	26.9" red Red and 23" trout... The start of the smoke...just a little (in the smoke box on the right) to help add another layer of flavor... the 'wing tips" on the left side were dry rubbed with some extra heat, they cooked faster and were GONE by the time the ribs were done! the finished rack....mighty tasty !!! saving the red for this weekend ------------------------- You know, i think i was born hungry!
