Went out as far as 300' on Thursday morning out of SI. Weeds, rips and temp breaks were hard to find. Got one bull in 250' and then another later around 180' on a small weed line also had a blackfin get chomped leaving nothing but the head in 230'. Not much action, but ended up with two good fish. Good luck!

Fished the FSFA Tourney out of the Port. Hooked a bunch of dolphin early in 150' and had a everything that could go wrong go wrong. Finally landed two peanuts.

Fished slowed down some and went to 120'. Had three wahoo come through the spread landing one at 22lbs.

Friend called this morning. He went out of Sebastian on the Incentive docked at capt Harims Thursday. They had thier grouper limit by 9 am. Then they guppy rigged for trigger fish and sea bass. Said a good dolphin hit the guppy rig, he landed it. Said they were 16 miles off shore in 160ft

Do you have an amberjack "spot" or are you hitting various ledges and wrecks.  How deep? My fishing  buddy that I go out with just wants to troll for dolphin but when it's slow I want to at least bend a rod and put something in the boat. I gotta get on the bottom fishing!

We should keep this thread going as well. I don't visit any fishing forums.

My brother fished in the FSFA Tourney. Got skunked. They had a bunch of sailfish eating their bait. The name of his boat is Look out below.

Tingo, my buddy went out on the Incentive on Friday and it was the same story, limited out by 10am. We're supposed to go out on it this Thursday.

Incentive charters is the best bottom fishing boat around. Bruce and Karin Alcock are great people and run a solid operation. Bruce is a surfer as well. He put us on the AJs and Grouper back in late March (Grouper had to go back in...darn). Pics below:

Biggest AJ of 4 we brought back (92#). One was an Almaco (very tasty):

Largest AJ

Double Hookup (My son on right and HS/College Buddy from DC area - Go Hokies!!):

Double Hookup

1 of 4 groupers we sent back in:

Grouper

That day was 4-6 ft @ 4 sec - nasty seas. We had to tag team on the spot. We caught 8 AJs and 4 grouper in an hour. Awesome!
