That's one heck of a mixed bag.
We're going out of LWI on Sat. Thanks for the report! Here's what I do with BFTs: Marinate in soy sauce,rice vinegar, sesame oil, and hot chili oil for about 30 mins. Sear the tuna for a few seconds on all sides. Slice and serve over cubed avocados and cucumbers using the above ingreedients to make a dressing.

FYI, all those fish are Bonita aka little tuny, not BFT
|

Definately marinate it in something. Its not in the tuna family but in the mackeral family and when you taste it you will realize it really quick.

the bonitos have been reshaped ... into several frozen chum blocks. those were never intended as table fare.
