Vacant, east of US1. The house was built in the 1940s as part of a group of them to house employees of the Banana River Naval Air Station (now PAFB). I replaced the wiring and the roof's only a few years old but some of the window panes may well be original. That means an inspector will be able to point out things that are not up to 2019 code and, depending upon the bank, lenders may require things to be "corrected." I'm not really interested in getting an offer with traditional financing where the buyer uses the inspection to try and get a lower price out of me because we have a contract or cancels the contract because the inspection "found" something. If I get any offers with traditional financing, I'll also take backup offers and move to the next one on the list if the original buyer doesn't want to stick with the original offer. That being said, of course, if a latent defect presents itself through an inspection, I'll now be aware of it and have to disclose it to any other buyer so I would work with a buyer if we found something neither one of us were aware of. In other words, it's pretty much an as-is sale unless the inspection produced a big surprise.
