Neilson: Right Coast Cruiser

9'6  Triple stringer, resin tint top/bottom, volan cloth, Rainbow wing nut fin.  Cost $950 without the fin and the fin was about $100.  It’s been ridden about 10 times and has no dings - 9.5 out of 10.0 I bought it to try long boarding and it’s not my thing.

"The Tommy Evans Team rider board. This is Tommy's favorite board and designed specifically for hanging heels, noseriding trimming with tons of soul. Flatter rocker, sweet flowing nose concave and a specialized secret concaves and vee's with a traditional square tail put it all together.'

$600 (no trades please)

Nice board. If it was blue or white I'd take it.

I've been wondering the same thing!  It a very nice board in great condition at a great price.  I'm considering keeping it now and seeing if I can learn to ride it.

If I hadn't just gotten a custom Neilson, I'd be all over it.
You should keep it, wax it to the nose, add a bigger Dingpatch fin and learn to get those toes over.

Thanks WG!

Longboard noob question: What effect would a bigger fin have?

Bigger fin theoretically holds the tail in better for noseriding.
(not that I am any good at it and Wingnut has certainly sold a lot of those fins)

That one doesn't look like enough for that board, but maybe it's just aesthetics to me.

Thanks for the info WG!  If it does not sell soon, then I will take it as sign that I am suppose to learn to longboard.
