I really liked living at shoreview in satellite, easy walk to the beach, pet friendly, nice neighbors, and way less bums at perkins/lums than indianlantic area. Pretty decent break there that really comes alive on a big ne swell and uaually not too bad during the summer se windswells we get. I'd avoid the dunes, cheap but you get what you paid for, and the people there can be overwhelming at times, lots of drunks and druggies living there unfortunately.

Thanks man!Trying to get away from the Inlet area,been up in Ponce/NSI area for 4 years and summers are way too sketchy for a 2 foot wave.I know of the tweakers of Brevard beachs down near Conova to the boardwalk .....Any listings are great!!
