Maybe it's just me or the particular wetsuit, but last May, my 3/2 Tumo didn't make water balloons above the ankles and otherwise fit really well, making 60-64 degree water fun, even if the suit was probably a bit too warm.  I think for Brevard south, their 2/2 is probably all that's needed.
