gbnfl2 Posts: 116 Joined Forum: 01/28/2015	House under contract and want to keep kids in same school district. Looking for 3 bedroom oceanfront or side view, unfurnished preferrably. Budget up to $2800/month, solid incomes, job history and credit with references. Needs to be dog friendly, under 20lbs. 6 month minimum, 12 month only rentals will suffice. Help a brotha out. Not too much on the MLS as far as rentals go. Staying as long as I need to find my next purchase. Thanks!
