I am supposed to move into a 2bd/1bth duplex located off Ridgewood, a couple blocks from cb Pier. Unfortunately my "roomate" is not able to make the ends meet. 

Rent is 650/mo (325/ea) and everything is included minus electricity which of course we will split. 

The rate to move in was going to be 1750 (875 ea) which includes September and October rent, along with security deposit. So the next rent payment will be November 1st. One year lease. 

It it is a rather small window of time, but I'm sure if need be we can get a couple more days to move in.
