Had a couple of links to some awesome meme machines about Trump being the hero against the NWO but Facebook is not playing. There is no better picture of discourse in America than the facebook profiles that are sharing memes 24/7 to the point that they look like they are run by bots.

To a large degree this is something being falsely hyped up by the parties and press. When I walk down the street, I don't see fist fights breaking out between progs and cons. When people on this forum have gotten together for events all had a good time and somehow refrained from bloodshed. (And, really, this is a good place to blow off steam in a harmless way more than anything else. I have absolutely no issue with anyone here. I have shared a few beers with several people on here who routinely call me an idiot or whatnot.) Hell, I am married to a woman who is as liberal as I am conservative. We're still happily married. So, I think it is largely being overblown to further certain agendas.

In the not so distant past, people who discussed politics and religion outside the four walls of their house were referred to as assholes. For the most part, I still hold myself to that standard.

Places like this forum aren't bad for discussing issues. If you can't defend what you believe, without resorting to name-calling or labeling people, then you probably don't understand the subject all that well. The degree to which a site allows it's members to be anonymous seems to be directly proportional to how many of its visitors or members happen to act like twats. Twitter is the absolute worst.
