All "preliminary" analysis of the SA oil refinery attack points to Iran. An almost intact cruise missile, that missed its target, is said to be Iranian. All of the preliminary info also says that the attack came from the North, not from Yemen to the South; noted to having had to come from either "the Gulf", Iraq or Iran.

Saudi oil attacks: Drones and missiles launched from Iran

"The US has reportedly identified locations in Iran from which drones and cruise missiles were launched against major Saudi oil facilities on Saturday.

Senior US officials told media outlets that the locations were in southern Iran, at the northern end of the Gulf.

Saudi air defenses did not stop the drones and missiles because they were pointed southwards, to prevent attacks from Yemen, they added."

The Saudis are preparing a news conference.

Bombs away??!!

The widely distributed photo of some of the damage was taken from a NW angle. The damage is all on the northern sides of the tanks.

So why does the US need to be involved?

LOL, I'm enjoying this thread more than I should.

somebodyelse gets a solid "LIKE"!!

But, otherwise, we are "in the middle of it" and we would potentially get Screwed Blue if Anything More happens. Oil prices could "go through the roof" and the World Economy could go down the Shit Chute. So, even if we do not get involved, how's your F250 SuperDuty going to get along on $6 gas?

To be rational about it, if "something" is going to happen, perhaps we should be in charge of it. Although, we could stay out of it and then blame France for our recession.

Think we should give the Saudis and Israelis a green light to do what they will.

The Saudis hold less than 20% of global oil reserves.
This is most likely planned market manipulation.
Gangsters are running the world.

Trump doesn't have a stomach for rough stuff, but he'd love to talk MBS and YooHoo into bombing Iran. What could go wrong?

3rd nails it! The Saudis urge restraint. As it is, the value of their reserves and future production just surged.

Win win!!

Russia is allied with Iran, but Putin is also quite cozy with MBS.
Weapons and oil games, and all good for your 401K.
