Yeah, think you are right. I don't see any conflict either.

If that was your client - you just committed malpractice. Hope you're running with insurance with judgment like that.

Ah, we have an another attorney here, one who is an expert in legal conflicts. Then do us all a favor and cite any law, whether statutory or decisional, that stands for the proposition that it is a legal conflict of interest for a person to practice law in one department of the gov't when his father in law practices in another. Good thing my clients know better than to get legal advice from prog dumbasses, isn't it?

Tspank is sort of right... I mean if you need a lawyer who can think like a sleazeball and who would sell out anyone and anything to include their morals, the environment, and any semblance of dignity for $1 you'd want a GOP based lawyer.

A political action committee (PAC) aligned with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez paid her boyfriend $6,000 during the infancy of her campaign.
The Brand New Congress PAC (BNC), a political arm of Brand New Congress LLC, a company that was hired by Ocasio-Cortez to run and support her campaign, paid Riley Roberts for marketing services he provided to the PAC.
According to FEC records, the PAC made two payments to Roberts - one in August 2017 and one in September 2017 - both for $3,000.

He was paid $3,000/mo for digital advertising services. That's well below average. The nonprofit LLC and PAC were funded entirely by donations from individuals.

PACS or private corporations giving jobs, contracts, or favors to family and friends is very different than government leaders giving jobs and favors to friends or family. Or was your analogy supposed to sarcastic? Even if the family and friends on the receiving end were qualified, which is not the case for Trump's family and friends, it would still be improper. I thought Ocasio-Cortez was lesbian??

That of which you speak pertains to nepotism, not to conflicts. But this wouldn't be nepotism either. Give us the cites that I asked for, wise one.

No surprise that trump can hire junior to make sure daddy tries to bury the Mueller report.
Founders didn't think Americans were dumb enough that a law would be needed.

It's good to know the Democrat elected in 2020 will be able to do whatever in the hell they want and Republicans will have to just sit back and take it.

Ha! Like that would happen. The debt clock will be on the Fox home page the day the new president is sworn in. Fukkin hypocrites.
