On 528, coming out of a tool booth. "Rubbed" his Vibe against a F=150 that was pulling a trailer. The neighbor's insurance offered $40K to the F-150 for damages, injuries, etc.. NOPE! NOT NEAR ENOUGH!! The F-150's lawyer "served" my neighbor yesterday morning.

Enter the "Ambulance Chaser" (prominent advertisements on TV about about how much was offered and how much he got, , , ,). I'm calling BS and it seems to be legal insurance fraud.

Here is the damage to the Vibe. The left rear quarter panel is destroyed!:


The Vibe needs to be washed so it's hard to see all the damage, , , ,:


Ya, I know, it looks pretty bad. The Vibe's plastic panel is scuffed up!!! My neighbor is afraid to wash the car, fearing that the scuff marks will disappear!

From what I can tell from a close inspection it seams that the neighbor rubbed a tire. There is only the "scuff", no scratches or scrapes.
