The project was a high speed train between LA and San Fran. They pulled the plug on that project. It is done. Why? Because it is too expensive and would take too long. This is a prog acknowledging that high speed rail - the exact same thing that the dems are saying will be up and running in 10 years, nationwide - is not feasible. Now, will California complete the line between Bugtussle and Timbuktu? No, of course not. That is prog face saving.
