Most of what he has done was pushed through with executive order or memo and executive orders and memos can be wiped away with the stroke of a pen, so.....

And yes, he has had SCOTUS choices, but considering they passed Obamcare, gambling rules, gay marriage and a host of other liberalized decisions, does that really matter?

It's not the executive orders...IDIOT!

Obama found out real quick about those!

It's what the executive orders DID...that counts!

Obama's were TOTAL FAILURES that hurt our country.....

Trumps....well the list of successes are long....

Fool!

A cautionary tale of nationalist populism gone wrong and high price of poor civics education in the schools.

Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system.

In biology, such behavior of cells is called "cancer".

Adding more carcinogens to out water, jacking up the healthcare system, non binding agreement with foreign powers, killing two regulations for every one proposed - no matter the result, core principles for the US financial system - even though there is no standard, task force to reduce crime that has gone nowhere, law enforcement office protection that went nowhere, Regulatory Reform that went nowhere, plan for reorganizing the Executive Branch that did nothing, allowed companies to discriminate against the gay community, pick business over the environment with no studies done, blocked H1B visas to the detriment of our economy..... Shall I continue?

A legacy of shit stains on our great country. But it's okay, it has given us great comedy and exposed a bunch of hypocritical fools. It will all be erased and trump will take his rightful place as the worst president in history. This fad will pass, the 15 mins is basically up...

I don't think we know what his legacy might be yet. It could indeed be the stuff of a Lifetime movie or or maybe a prison movie drama. Or, maybe he will pull a rabbit out of his ass and become a hero and the best president we ever had..... Ok, Ok... sometimes I crack myself up...We all know this is going to be a bad Lifetime movie someday and we'll all be going WTF were we thinking!

The TV show was part of this.

His legacy will be explained as the culmination of celebrity. The explanation will start with how Americans because seduced with celebrities and introduce Kim Kardashian, who got famous for taping herself having sex with her then celebrity boyfriend. Trump will then be introduced as the gossip page playboy New Yorker that literally sold his divorce to Pizza Hut in an ad where he and Ivana joked about it. Trump's professional bankruptcies will referenced but his singular focus on grabbing he spotlight will the legacy. He was creating a presidential look with his show the Apprentice. He pretended to be a businessman but he was and is a vacuous ego that feeds on attention both negative and positive. As the product of wealth, he empathized with other wealthy people who complained about having to pay their government anything. His selfishness was seen as honest and straightforward in a world where the politicians had all blended together and could not distinguish themselves from members of their own party or the opposing party.

He was a poke in the eye with a sharp stick to the establishment. But that was only the narrative and the sales pitch. In reality, he was a bully who refused to read briefings or learn about any complexity beyond his simplistic reduction of everything in the world as it relates to him. He is a bully, which is to say that all he understands is force. He likes other bullies and envies the simplicity of forcing one's will on the weak instead of leading by moral authority or the rule of law. He will be remembered for his giveaways to the rich, the lies told to make everyone who wasn't rich believe that this was an economic stimulation and he will be categorized as yet another GOP head that reduced revenues in the form of collected taxes under a theory that tax cuts pay for themselves. The resulting deficit would then be treated as a crisis and an opportunity to gut the programs that have ensured that our elderly, poor and weak had the kind of basic security consistent with living in the first world.

When Trump's inner circle continues to take pleas and gets sent off to prison, he will be isolated. His last contribution will be his all caps tweets. Law schools will teach the elements of federal crimes and the rules of evidence using his sunday morning rants. His contribution to the education of students in emoluments, treason, money laundering, witness tampering, foreign corruption, collusion and conflicts of interest will provide the kind of real life answers and guidance to lawyers, politicians, students, and everyone in between. His legacy will be, in the end, a cautionary tale for how we let a small group of billionaires buy our politicians to the point that one alleged billionaire was able to make himself the solution to that problem in choice that smacks of vandalism on the democratic process. A con man who succeeded beyond his wildest dreams. That will be the legacy in the end.

His legacy is a Republican Party that rejects reality, prefers lies.

His legacy still could end up being the end of the American era. It's really in doubt.
