I'm not afraid of Democratic Socialism. I'm under no impression that it is the Hugo Chavez boogieman of corporatist propaganda. But good luck getting the true message through the propaganda. I know that the same media that criticized the Democrats regarding Hillary/Sanders would have flat fucking buried Bernie. That's an excellent point and one debated at length on the left. Capitalism will never "allow" democracy to defeat it. Hence there's a general distrust of electoral work, and a strong revolutionary component.

However, if the concentration of wealth continues as it has for the last 40 years, it's likely we'll reach a tipping point where workers will no longer be satisfied with the status quo they get from "Con vs. Lib" politics of capitalism.

It's inevitable really.
