Well when he paid a visit to St. Augustine to witness the Davis Shores flooding firsthand, his solution "residents need to closeup their homes while we do mosquito control"..... 1) all these homes were FLOODED and needed to air out (had no power to run AC) 2) the water was all saltwater from the inlet 3) of course the "emergency" mosquito contract was given to his "wife's" company (despite the fact that Anastasia Island already has it's own mosquito control district
