It's a fact that the literally dying breed votes more than younger folks, but the silver lining is the fact that the USA a whole is a truly way more liberal a society than the old pale white men currently in power- and practically the dead, not dying, breed.. Socialism, single payer, weed legalization, pro choice etc etc are way more than simple 'majority' concepts and issues, and in fact are and sooner or later they will be unbridled law not subject to litigation or inteperatation.. Even more than super majority.. Put these issues on ballots by themselves and they always will pass.. In this day and age the concept that ayone actually needs a "representative" to vote on their behalf is straight up fucking bullshit.. That only opens the door to scammers lik gov Scott et al to make $ on the "skim" handing out pet projects for 'gifts' and 'favors in kin' in return, back door type preferred of course.. All "Business as usual".. No reason why EVERY fucking petty issue shouldn't be on the ballot - with no lumping together bullshit being allowed. Let the special interests spend their $ and time trying to convince me and 'buy' my vote from me..
