The predictable and expected attacks at the recently honest Cohen are legitimate, but like Omarossa, Cohen seemed to anticipate the total lack of credibility on his part so he taped a lot of conversations. There will be no claim of privilege because the fraud exception precludes that and Trump said Cohen wasn't really his lawyer. Now that Manafort must choose between dying in prison after a life sentence or cooperating, now that Flynn must provide information or face a similar fate, now that the Deputy campaign manager has been convicted, it appears that Trump is going to have everything he tried so hard come to light. Mueller has his tax returns, he has the Cohen tapes, he has the Russian plane full of cash to the NRA, he has Flynn telling Kislyak that the sanctions will stop once the inauguration is done, he Douchebag jr accepting foreign intel with full knowledge at the time and he has the twitter spewings of the Idiot in Chief. Jeff Gundlach recently said: " We are increasing the size of the deficit while we are raising interest rates , late in an economic cycle." The dollar is falling, oil prices are rising. The gap between the 10 year treasury and the German bund equivalent is over 200 bps. Add in trade wars and an increasingly desperate China. Not to mention an irrational Russia. He may not get charged with anything now, but after he is out - lookout.. And he will prob not be in there much longer.. No 'pardon power' when you are an ex...
