Obviously, the point is that since sometimes black police officers use excessive force on white citizens, it can't be possible that it happens most often to black citizens. We should also assume, that because this happened, black citizens aren't arrested more often and convinced at a much higher rate than whites, for some things that whites do at a higher rate.
