THe Fraud exception. That's the one that the judges and prosecutors relied on when issuing this warrant.

Maybe voting for someone just because
he pretended to be pissed at the same people you're pissed at wasn't the best idea in the world. ------------------------- GOP: Gaslight Obstruct Project |

Here's the legal issue for the lawyer that makes it a lose/lose proposition anyway you slice it. He cannot settle a case without his client's express and more importantly explicit consent. He says he didn't have that and that he paid the 130k out of his own home equity refinance. That's going get him disbarred for settling a Client's case without authorization. Stormy can rain down the details with impunity because trump is not part of the agreement. If trump says he is part of the agreement, he has violated the election laws. If he says he never was part of the agreement, his personal lawyer gets disbarred. Even disbarred, he could still forced to testify about any incriminating documents recovered of they detailed this transaction and contradict it. Losing. So much losing.

Now it turns out that mueller is gathering the evidence evidence of Cohen going to Prague to discuss the specifics of paying hackers with laundered cash and creating plausible denial for all of the intel they were getting. Cohen was claiming that he never went to Prague and he could verify that with a passport that didn't show a Czech stamp. The only problem with that is that you don't get a stamp if you enter from a neighboring country. Verification of this visit is at this point conclusive and inevitable. Cohen is claiming his son can verify that he was in Los Angeles. I wonder if mueller will charge his son for obstruction.

The very same Hannity that admitted to using RT stories and demanded that the charges against the indicted witches be dropped? That guy?

Now Hannity is saying that Cohen was never his lawyer but he might have paid him ten dollars or so to have client confidentiality on some legal issues he was kicking around with him. That's interesting pair of horses to ride into that shit show.
