Conservatives are not pro death penalty OR eliminating the sex offender registry.
As for what his parents forced him to do in no way means that he was that way. There are many rebellious children that don't hold their parents views! When he clearly said he need more information to be able to determine what his actual views were...you just assumed that his views were that of his parents. I'll give you a clue...conservatives don't go out murdering people! It's highly AGAINST conservative core principles! This guy and his brother were from a single Mom family... From 2 different Dads... Luckily the Probably Liberal Mom gave her children up for adoption. An older Conservative couple adopted the 2 kids, The new Dad dies soon after.. the New Mom tries her best to raise the kids, She then dies when the kids are in their early teens...
