The Washington Post reports yesterday that Trump doesn't read his secret briefings - Kushner does, totally contrary to last November.

The blog you posted says the president has discretion to waive clearances - but for 40 key West Wing players? I call foul.

Seems pretty shaky to say the least. But then again, the POTUS is the final word on "clearance".

Even though, he is a civilian himself and Has Not Been Cleared.
