I've been working at Carrier since I was thirty. I didn't go to high school or college. My parents were union people. My dad was an oiler for G.M

Those jobs have been shipped out and are increasingly being automated.
So we'll make America great again by cutting education funding and slashing taxes on the huge multinationals. I'm sure the multinationals will invest the tax savings on labor and American infrastructure and not on faster robots.

We were promised cheap imports from unregulated trade would offset low wages and job losses. Now they say we need to cut taxes to bring the jobs back. I didn't buy it then, sure don't buy it now.

General Electric just cut 12,000 jobs.

Verizon just cut 4% of its workforce.

Race to the bottom. Besides the USA, there's no such thing as medical bankruptcy in any developed nation.

But we'll fight for the right to be uninsured and unorganized in the workplace. Freedom to be oppressed!
