That's the amount George Soros just deposited into his Open Society Foundation, and it appears not only to be enough to mount a substaintial revolution, but also the only plausible reason for putting that much in.  Speculation is that Antifa will be getting a lion's share of it, and will be  starting that revolt right here in the US.

Yes it was approved because the majority on the commitee was not aware of the bribery case and the investigation.  Thats the point scom.

There's no evidence to prove the Russians were able to bribe Hillary via donations to the Clinton Foundation.
The kickbacks that were prosecuted occurred between two private corporations, unrelated.
