In a stretch of three tweets since Friday Trump mentions PR once but blames them for their poor infrastructure. No comments on sending help nor any concern for American citizens, which they all are. This blows away Bush's slow response to Katrina. It is blatant disregard.

Think it was great that he pointed out that progs ruin states/territories, while also noting that two states run by Republicans are recovering nicely.
