He used to know more than the generals. But the generals learned so much in the past six months that now trump believes that they have a military strategy better than anything ever before, it's amazing believe me... trump can't talk about it because he doesn't understand it and the people smarter than trump are saying that he's playing his cards close to the vest, which flatters him, conceals his persistent ignorance and allows the US to actually consider strategies, tactics and goals. It's not winning because of trump, it's surviving despite trump.
