The information stated in the two articles you just posted has been public knowledge for the past decade or so, including Eugene Kaspersky's ties to the KGB. The fact that the FBI is investigating Kaspersky has nothing to do with the Trump administration. They should have looked into it a long time ago. It doesn't matter what any of us think, the Mueller investigation will go on, and at some point he will make a report and share the findings of his investigation.
