Well a lot of real estate companies are set up that way. In my experience that would be the predominant form of business entity for real estate companies. Why that would be, I don't know.

BTW, David Brooks is the real deal, calls it like he sees it. And writes brillliantly.

David Brooks is a broadly respected conservative columnist. While I do not agree with many of his political/ public policy positions, I have always respected his intelligent, articulate thoughts .... much as I did those of William Buckley.

Here he is perfectly on point with his assessment of "our" boy POTUS and the dangers of having such a stunningly undeveloped mind in the oval office big seat
