They really need stricter vehicle control across the pond. Its just too easy for bad guys to get there hands on a weapon that can cause so much damage.

That is correct. They are, however, still in the EU, which is prog. The EU controls England's immigration at the moment. Brexit occurred as the result of unfettered immigration.
