With the fed rate at or near zero since 2008 we don't need a jobs report to know the US Economy is still in ICU.

And Obama made the Chinese stock market drop!

Didn't ours drop due to a sell off?

Won't they buy back today?

Yet it's still 10,000 points higher than the last presidents departing number.

The president you voted for....twice.

Hey Barry, what difference would it make if I gave you an economic report or not?

You are such a brainwashed faux news cut and paster, you just could not interpret that the stock market is not correlated to the economy.

However if you must know:

From Maury Harris at UBS:

"This week's figures are likely to highlight domestic economic momentum. Q2 real GDP growth is on track to be revised upward to a 3.0% annual rate from the initially
reported 2.3% - with most of the upward revision reflecting final sales.
Indicators for early Q3 also look positive, with forecasted gains in core capex orders, the pending home sales index, and new home sales."

I know you racists from south brevard dont get out much, but in case you didnt know: The US economy is the most vibrant in the world. See, the business of America is business, politians and racists just cannot get it.

Just wondering why you missed your report, and us South Brevardians especially in our neighborhood seem to be doing quite well!

So we take a big market hit and you guys are all giddy and excited.

Now we bounce back and there's silence.

It's a damn shame when your hate for a black president would allow you to cheer for a bad economy in America.

Love it or leave it bitches.

Giddy and excited to buy bargains , but the market is flat though still early in the day. The economy you flaunt is by indicators the worst in history because of the odumbo economy!

U.S. consumer sentiment fell in August, a survey released on Friday showed.

The University of Michigan's final August reading on the overall index on consumer sentiment came in at 91.9, down from 93.1 in July.

It was lower than the survey's preliminary reading of 92.9.

The final reading was the lowest since May and was below the median forecast of 93.0 among economists polled by Reuters.

I find it amazing that ignorant dillweeds , believe they can use Google to try and demonstrate some degree of competency. Just give up. Stick to somethings you know like racism. Just go on and on about how you think ethnic minorities are somehow inferior. Its racism, but its your opinion. so while wrong its much more credible than trying to present information on subjects that are just to complex for the average hillbilly repug to grasp.

But I digress. See consumer sentiment has so very little to do with the growth of the US economy coming out of the second worst time period known to man, inspired by bushwaking policy. Good thing there are term limits are we might be living in caves and trying to start a fire.

Sentiment. Hmmm. Thats about how a small number of people "feel" . No fact in any way. But for the record , year on year Consumer sentiment is up 11.4%.

I hope you ignorant racists don't feel so bad. You really should appreciate that , thanks to a miraculous economic recovery from the depth of depression, you now are able to afford that monthly rent on the trailer park lot. Not to mention that apparently you are now also able to have the internet on full time.

Repugs, bunch of bitchy little sand in vag girls......

Jdb is a bit cranky. Losing a boat load of value in his stocks must be hurting him badly. Didn't any of those financial gurus that you have met with tell you to diversify. Ah well, for every jdb who loses his ass, there is someone who benefits.

Me? you are the stock jock. How many times have I posted about municiple bonds?

    ( down .19% ytd...)
You know "lib paradise": Cali, Chicago and the like. 80% of what I do involves muni bonds. My advise to you, go to the casino, since you have no skill, perhaps luck will be on your side......

So you rejoyce when equity markets are down. Repugs bunch of sand in vag hypocrites. I'm sure none of you were smart enough to invest in a 401K that has any equity in it. Right? Guess you just have to rely on that Social Security check. Sorry you will never understand capital formation for personal wealth. ok I digress.

I got one thing for ya:

    wavix

oh and one more thing, If I was Janet Yellin I would raise the Fed Funds rate by 50bps today..........

Just so you stay in cash crackers could get a little interest.
