I would be willing to bet that we have far more people driving without valid drivers licenses than we have people running around with guns that are not registered to them.

I'll take that bet. The vast majority of firearms are not required to be registered. Indeed there are a few classes that do, but their numbers are minuscule compared to the typical shotgun, rifle, pistol that people own. Think about how many people, both here legally and illegally, drive every day when they don't have a valid driver's license. So there are about 200 million licensed drivers in the USA. Some number smaller than that are unlicensed drivers. There are in excess of 300 million firearems (per the included link it could be way higher...nobody knows for sure), the vast majority are not and do not require any registration. You do the math. Your logic card is hereby revoked.
