I thought this was open and shut. Brown slugged him in the head (so hard it cracked the orbit), went for the gun, got shot, ran off, came back and then got fatally shot during the second round.

Wait, you mean the policeman had no damage to his face in the hospital photos?

Initially we were told he had damage to his eye, no?

Oh, never mind, it's a moot point, the DA who works with the police on a daily basis didn't think an investigation was necessary....
